I read Vanzetti's "Autobiography" who is one of
so-called "prisoners", there is this word in it:"
I hope that every family have house, every mouth have bread,
every heart will get education, everyone's brightness will
get a opportunity to development." I am very excite.

About the movie

Similar to Ms. Sherry, the find-out the
movie "Sacco and Vanzetti" is also from that famous song "Here's
to you" in 2003. The song's solemn and stirring melody is so attractive
and cause one to think deeply about. It
has been singing by playing by a number of famous singers and players
such as American Joan
Baez,
French Mirelle
Mathieu, Portuguese Dulce Pontes,
and French pianist
Richard Clayderman, German pianist
Jens Thomas ....through to April 2004, I looked a post wrote by Sherry
(See
here, only Chinese),
I just understood that it is a famous injustices about Italian immigrants.
And Sacco and Vanzetti take personal life as price, touched worldwide
people who seek justice and oppose political witch-hunting included Italian
famous director Giuliano Montaldo and
great master Ennio Morricone.

| I have looked for the movie for
many years. Until the end of 2007, I just got the movie from Lajiao friend.
But it is Italian dub and without subtitle. This is very difficult for common
Chinese. I continue to look for its subtitle, but it is disappointing. Until
May 2008, I have found an English subtitle in the Opensubtitles
web site. Oh, thank very much for its contribution. I hope you will see

it Chinese, I finish it at last, but it has an error of time (is 114 seconds),
after adjusting, it has worked very well. God Bless, I can smoothly watch
it finally. |

hard, but it give me a good opportunity for understand it. I looked for
and studied a number of American and Italian history information. More gratifying
is that I found an article write by A
leading authority of literature in China(1904-2005)--Bajin
in 1995 (He has been 91 years old in that year!). He talked about Sacco

the Pantheon. I always pass the Pantheon every day. In the dusk
of rainy, I stand front bronze of Rousseau, face to the "Genevese

I sit down and write to the capital prisoner in American prison
like for ask come to the rescue (The reply letter came at last,
vanzetti wrote in the letter: "Youth is expect of human."
After a few months, he was executed in a electrical chair, their
wrong was just righted after 50 years. I called Vanzetti my
teacher in the preface of my first novel "Perdition")....

that the influences of Sacco and Vanzetti case is very profound and lasting,
not only includes American and Italian but as Bajin as Chinese, its influences
is inestimable. |

the movie for many times, first I remember Mao's celebrated dictum:"
Without the love for nothing at all, and also without the hate for nothing
at all in the world" Take a panoramic view of the whole movie, all
figures' love and hate is very clear. One side is the defence, It includes
the members of Sacco and Vanzetti defend committee, relatives and friends,
attorneys, the reporter named Rennie who's report is not be well received
by boss, the Italian consul who appears in the court and bears witness for
Sacco, and all universities in Massachusetts and 474,842 signers for present
the petition (Below is a still-- 01:41:05 When secretary reports the names
of these universities to governor Fuller, Fuller impatient say:"Just
tell me the ones missing." Make him surprised is that the secretary
unexpectedly says:"None,Sir.")and worldwide demonstrate and petitionary
