My life is in Chinese Petrochemical industry. Half time is in the plant, and another half time is in enterprise (Sinopec Jinling Petrochemical corporation in Nanjing of China). The QIXIASHAN fertilizer plant is a large ammonia and urea plant imported from Heurtey industry of France in 1974 and hsed Topsoe technic. The Qixiashan fertilizer plant in 1979 (Imported by France, its annual yield is 300,000 tons Ammonia and 520,000 tons Urea. It locate in Nanjing of Jiangsu province. I was its first plant director from 1978-1984. The plant took place extreme serious and a large number faults from commissioning in 1977 and last up to 1984. The plant's loss is huge, its lesson is serious. For always remember and sum up the experience and lesson, I collected a large number datas and information, ant spent about 2 years time to write the works.But because its length is too long (50,000 Chinese word), so it wasn't published for long time. When my another writings "A guide of utility operating technic in Chemical plant" was appeared in 2001(See below image), the works also was included among it |
